The City's Community Services Department offers quality recreational experiences through a wide range of programs and services for every age, ability, and interest.

New Recreation Opportunities will be coming to Rick Johnson Memorial Park this summer.

As a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts and families, the park has become a beloved community hub, and to ensure the park continues to meet the needs of the community and potential visitors, we are conducting a survey and hosting virtual consultations to receive input from residents.

Virtual consultations will be held via Zoom. Attendees will have the opportunity to provide valuable feedback on outdoor recreation programs and events they would like to see offered in the park beginning in June 2024. Registration is required for the virtual consultations.
