The City's Community Services Department offers quality recreational experiences through a wide range of programs and services for every age, ability, and interest.

New Recreation Opportunities are coming to Rick Johnson Memorial Park this summer.

As a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts and families, the park has become a beloved community hub, and to ensure the park continues to meet the needs of the community and potential visitors, we are conducting a survey and hosting virtual consultations to receive input from residents.

Thank you to all residents and stakeholders that participated in the survey and attended virtual consultations to have their voices heard.

In the Park Consultation

Attendees will have the opportunity to provide valuable feedback on outdoor recreation programs and events being planned to take place in the park starting this June. Please join us:

Sunday, April 14
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Rick Johnson Memorial Park - Gazebo

Together, we can create a park that truly reflects the desires of the community.

For more information about the Rick Johnson Park consultations please contact:
